Ken Gonzales-Day

The Claremont Lewis Museum of Art will present the photographic work of Ken Gonzales-Day, a Los Angeles based artist and Scripps College art professor, whose interdisciplinary practice considers the historical construction of race and the limits of representational systems ranging from lynching photographs to museum displays. An opening reception will be held on Saturday, October 7 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
